First time here, and it 👏🏼 is 👏🏼 amazing!!! It’s a Family business (which I appreciate). Staff is very attentive, with great recommendations. Pizza is so fresh. Mussels and dessert … I just don’t know what else to say. They earned my business and i will most likely return. Also, I didn’t realize how generous their portion sizes are (my waiter warned me but i ignored him) so I ended up with way too much food/leftovers— not complaining though. I would’ve cleaned my plate if I was physically capable

Fantastic! We went here for dinner with a big crowd on a Saturday. The restaurant was busy, but the staff seated us immediately. Our server patiently answered our questions and made good suggestions. I’d never had grilled calamari, so I tried it and it did not disappoint! Served on a bed of greens with balsamic dressing, it had a wonderful smokiness and was satisfyingly chewy without being rubbery. The mozzarella fritta starter got thumbs-up all around, too. My main of eggplant parmesan came with a side of pasta in pesto sauce (!) that was delicious, creamy, and hot. A fellow diner’s main of shrimp scampi came with several, surprisingly large shrimp. Another fellow diner’s veal parmesan was gone before I could get a photo. We ate outside and when it began to drizzle rain, our server extended the awning so we were still able to enjoy our meal. My one criticism is that the shrimp scampi came out much later than our other mains. That said, this is a welcoming, authentic place and I look forward to enjoying it again! Highly recommended all around!

Business traveler and dined on a recommendation from an acquaintance. This was money well spent. My Penne Alla Vodka was fantastic and remained hot throughout the course of my meal. I also ordered the Margherita personal pizza. It was larger than the 12” the menu stated. It was fresh, tasty, crispy where it needed to be and soft and creamy/ saucy where it needed to be. I am no Italian food connoisseur but I can guarantee that if ever in Stamford again I will be back!
